Oldenhaller
Not enough mobility? Raiders...It's how the deathwing do it so it's the same tactic which should be employed here. It just turns out our troops are better ~O Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/189780-wolfwing/page/2/#findComment-2248549 Share on other sites
SamaNagol
2 raiders running you around 520pts and 395 pts minimum of HQ is going to absolutely hamstring you. You'll have 2 units of WG inside those raiders and maybe a bare bones Dread at most. Emperor's Instrument
Do you put the Rune Priest in Terminator Armor? No, for two reasons really. Drop pod capactity is ten and he's joined to a 9 man PA WG unit but also there are enough models that I can allocate wounds to before him so instant death is really only an issue in CC but hopefully i should be killing plenty of stuff first to minimise the risk to him. confused_gordy
I qualified for the uk GT final with an almost wolf wing (i had a unit of long fangs and a small grey hunter unit, but otherwise it was all termies and a land raider, so they can be quite good. Spacefrisian
Wolfwing is to expensive t use i found out. I might leave it for apoc though. BTW:I think Wolfwing should also refer to other Wolfguard types such as Jumppacks and such.
