chenley Posted January 16, 2010 Share Posted January 16, 2010 These 8 wolf Guard models have been sitting on my painting desk for about month with little progress since I got them painted to the point that they are at now. I was thinking of painting them like the power weapon of the Space Hulk Blood Angel Terminator. Black with blue lightning Or To paint them silver. May i suggest a badab black wash on the armour? just to bring out the levels and to make it look a little grubby. Thanks sigismund, its about time that I was back in the LPC again. The 2nd tutorial is more what I am thinking of doing on the blades. Those are some nice looking wolfguard. Also said wolf guard in top right corner looks like he is falling over :unsure: The armour isn't done yet. It wasn't even highlighted at the time the pictures were taken. Also the top right is falling over, but that is only because I didn't glue him down yet as I still have some basing work to do on them all, and that particular model is a little easier to paint without being glued to a base. I got the highlighting done to day, I now just need to touch up the armour and I then just have to a few other touch ups in various places on each, back packs and arms. If I get time to do anything more done this week I post an updated wip shot. No miracles though, school gets in the way of everything. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
