Terminators with heavy weapons and deep striking...

So my wolf guard in terminator armor deep strike via drop pod assault. Does their relentless rule allow them to fire their assault cannons or cyclone missile launcher on the turn they arrive?

 

For some reason I have an echo in my head of units arriving via drop pod are considered to have moved at cruising speed and therefore cannot fire heavy weapons and am wondering if relentless overrides that rule.

Yep they can shoot.

Models that come in via drop pod count as having moved, so models in power armor can't fire heavy weapons. Terminators, however, are relentless, and so can fire heavy weapons after moving.

Thanks. I knew about relentless but was not sure if it overrode the deep striking at cruising speed or not.

As the termies MUST disembark, the speed the transport moved at does not matter.

The termies have disembarked from a vehicle, and so count as moving.

Relentless allows them to fire Heavy weapons after moving.

 

Just the same as disembarking from a moving Land Raider.
