Inquisitor in PA

as far as I know, power armour isn't that heavy due to fibre mussle bunddle thingys which are basicly really fine bionics (or so I think) that allow the user to use a suit of armor which is pretty heavy. I think thats why power armour includes the power pack ( or back pack as some call it) which powers it's sensors and such.

then again, I can be very wrong. All I know is, inquisitors don't have implants to use power armour. nor sisters of battle.

I just thought that they had a lughter version because of their having little to no implants ;)

You're correct. Systems like Inquisitor have Astartes PA as being tougher and stronger than Inquisitorial/SoB PA. The 40k system, though, isn't detailed enough to represent that.

TO my knowledge, the biggest difference is that for Astartes, the Black Carapace links the PA to his mind and neural network. He can feel through the armor, and it is much like a second (albiet tougher) skin. Without this implant, the PA is just another suit of armor, with all most of the perks, but never in intimate knowledge of the workings that Astartes come to know through the Black Carapace link. The Power pack indeed does power the fibre musculature within the PA, and movement within it is not too badly hindered, but as wizard12 stated above, Inquisitorial and Ecclesiarchial PA cannot achieve the fuidity of movement that Astartes take for granted.
