Grim Dog Studios
Does ragnar only have three wolf guard, only three are mentioned in the prologues and epilogues of the ragnar blackmane series. I want to know this because i want my army to stick to the fluff. Brother Remus
I'd assume that he would have more Wolf Guard than three, I'm doing pretty much the same thing as you and keeping my army fluffy, so far I've got the three mentioned. Also in Wolfs Honour it also states that there were 10 Wolves in TDA, so realisitcally you can guage Ragnars Wolf Guard anywhere from 3 to 10. Thunderpup
I can name six of them, Hogun, Leif, Ranulf, Petur, Uller, and Tor, from the books. :D Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/191432-does-ragnar-only-have-three-wolf-guard/#findComment-2271214 Share on other sites

Thunderpup
They have a range of Armament to prepare for missions. Wolfguard will have both Power Armor as well as TDA and what ever weapons they could desire. (at least Logan's and Berek's did) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/191432-does-ragnar-only-have-three-wolf-guard/#findComment-2271242 Share on other sites

Wolfpriest Cjarl Nightmane
Also it is good to remember that Ragnar's life span is a wee more than a few adventures mentioned in the honorable written texts we have happily read. Space Marines live hundreds of years... ok think on that and now realize that we have only had a mere glimpse into the life of Ragnar Blackmane. No range of a few books can cover all that, so fortunately we can fill in the rest. So in regards to Wolfguard for Ragnar? Now boasting over 200 battle hardened wolfbrothers, Im sure he has a nice sized Wolfguard hand picked by himself no doubt. SO go with that information and your fluff will see you through. SamaNagol
Those books are evil and should be ignored. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/191432-does-ragnar-only-have-three-wolf-guard/#findComment-2271470 Share on other sites

Wildfire
Those books are evil and should be ignored. QFT. GW is bad enough with contradicting itself. No need to add third rate, third party novelists to the mess.
