It's all three of the Emperor's symbols (aquila, red-eye of Horus, and the lightning bolt arrows.) though, it depends mostly on when your setting your guys. If they are still fairly new (i.e. early Great Crusade, not tempted by Chaos) then lightning bolts. If late Great Crusade, red-eye of Horus. You could also just put the number of the legion. Brother Mordeus Posted February 3, 2010 Author Share Posted February 3, 2010 Thats quit a good idea, my luna wolves are set in a very short period of time, lets, say around the attack on the false imperium, at the beginning of Horus Rising. I think i will add the red eye, as it i feel it really screams luna wolves. BTW all five will get the eye on their chest. Yeah black can be a bit of a :D to highlight. If you've seen my termies (link in sig), I'd be more than happy to tell you how I did their highlights. Just take a peak at them and see if it's the kind of highlight you are aiming for. If not, then simply keep on trying! I like your terminators Alex, but i don't think it would work for me. Ill check the GW site. Im thinking of adding some bleached bone or kommando kaki to the highlight. I like the weathered gritty look you've managed to pull on their heads, makes them seem like the grizzled warriors they are.
