Terminator squads ( LPC )

Well my friends at last I got the two squads of terminators finished at least, now I "only" have my 2,5 squads of sternguards and a captain left.

I'm really happy with how these guys turned out in the end, and considering that the sole reason for me re-painting my 1st comp was that I wanted a higher quality on them, that's a good thing ;)

Pretty fun to paint all in all, with enough details and odd stuff to keep them from being to repetetive.

Let me know what you guys think

Cheers!

Thanks guys! Yeah I know about hte bolers and as soon as I've had the possibility to run by home depot to buy a smaller drill I'll do it, as is now the smallest one I have will leave about 0.5mm on both sides = they'll look loke the barrel blew up :)

So the barrels will get drilled. Eventually :D

Thanks my friend. Yeah I never was very fond of the chaos black skin + blood red eyes thing, just seems a little OTT to me. But I still wanted to keep the darker skin, since I find it refreshing not having to see blonde and blue eyed marines on the board. ( Me being blonde myself doesn't help :P ) so I went with the more carribean style, which I think works well.

Cheers!

Thanks brother :)

Green:

Knarloc Green base coat ( since they wre primed black >< )

Snot Green, watered down so it might take 2 coats for it to really cover and have it's "warmth" since the knarloc is a rather dull green.

Scorpion Green on all edges.

Scorpion Green and Skull White ( about 50/50 ) on the extremes to make it really pop.

Go over it all with Snot Green to even out/thin out the highlights.

Black:

Charadon Granite, pretty much on every edge all round.

Astronomican grey on the extremes.

Go back over it all with black to thin out/ straighten etc.

Hope that helps :)
