Maligoare
I, Maligoare of the Deathwatch, vow on the honour of my Chapter to paint and present at least 4 Marine Bikers, 1 Assault Bike, 1 Command Squad, 1 magnetised Dreadnought, and 1 magnetised Chapter Master/Pedro Kantor on or before the 31st of March, 2010. I promise to provide at least two WIP updates, preferably with pictures, in that time. I vow that if I should fail, I will provide the Librarium with an article and wear the Signature of Shame until my penitence period is done. So, as promised here's my first update - some bikes: Just to prove that there's more than one bike... ...and the attack bike (or most of it). As a little 'bonus', here's a couple of pics of the Dreadnought and Chapter Master I'll be painting for the Vow at some point. Maligoare
Well, time for another update. This time it's the Chapter Master. He's almost there, so with only a couple of weeks left until the end of the LPC, I'd better get moving with the command squad and Dreadnought. http://img502.imageshack.us/img502/2261/chaptermasterpip1rear.jpg http://img532.imageshack.us/img532/3860/chaptermasterpip1front.jpg My thanks to Brother Mordeus for his support. To answer wizard12's question, the black parts are just black highlighted with slightly watered down Necron Abyss, the metal is Boltgun Metal with a moderate wash of Badab Black, and the screens make use of a graduated gem effect starting with necron abyss and working up by adding progressively more enchanted blue for the first few layers, then a mix of enchanted blue and ice blue for the last two.
