The drop pod was zenital highlighted by airbrush in the same manner as the marines (from black through mordian blue to ultramarines blue to 1:1 UM blue / SW grey mix). Stripes were marked out using a piece of plasticard strip cut at 45 degrees as a spacer, and then painting in iyanden darksun over black.
