"true scale" space marine

first time ever seriously trying to greenstuff, and (just so you know) this is a test at making true scale. not completely by the book as lamenter has on his tutorial, but I were making this one by memory. c&c is welcome ^_^ Actual Scale

looks like you are off to a good start!

 

though it looks like you need to concentrate a bit more on the torso, where the body meets the legs it seems as though you couldn't be bothered and just stuck the two halfs together.

 

If you clip off the belt buckle from the torso and stick it on top of the one from the terminator legs and apply a little GS around the body to hide the join it would improve it a fair bit IMO.

He looks a little wide, but then looking at your normal scale marine, he looks stretched too, so either it's the picture or my Laptop, but either way, he looks good! ^_^

@gubbins: well, I did in fact clip away the top of the terminator legs, and I pinned the torso in place, and then I put a gs line around the joint, nut yeah, I was actually rushing it a bit at that point

 

@Skirax: I was building it by memory, so I forgot the rest (the tutorial is right HERE)

so you can probably see what I forgot, like rims on the shoulderpads, bigger torso, etc
