LakotaWolf
Fist One is finished http://www.angelfire.com/nc3/blackgold/valkyrie.jpg as far as rules for the valkyrie i am gonna use them in replacement of the Skyclaws i see them as fast attack without the jet pack......no hopping but instead the movement would be 9 the minuses of no hopping and 3 less in movement giving them the special ability of fleet would then be fair movement 9 then run on the end......possible first round assault Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/193601-the-valkyries-redo/ Share on other sites

The pics are not very good. I think the moders look pretty good. It is at least an interesting way of making them with the long skirts. But it is very difficult to judge them in any more detail. Prosedragon
I feel your pain, no one comments on my posts either, so here you go: RAWR FEMALE MARINES MAKE ME ANGRY!!!! j/k They look good man - as far as the rules go, I wouldn't do it. Maybe its just the scene I play in, where there is nothing but pick up games if I'm lucky (darn rural Mississippi), if I tried to do something like that here I would get nothing but "that's broken - I mean if you want to play it like that its fine, but WS 3/BS 3 power armor troops with fleet is broken". I would just play them as blood claws or put some jump packs on them and call them sky claws. If they make exalted models (new blood angels) the jump packs on them might look good - aren't they supposed to be smaller, with wings or something? Also - will they have the blood claws rule where they need a babysitter? I especially wouldn't mess with that - that's a legitimate disadvantage. Just my two cents, take it as you will. Cruentus Nex
Those look like some nice models. It's hard to tell, as the pics are a bit blurry, but good work, keep it coming :D. Schertenleib
I think your making a good attempt, but you really need some better pics. These are just too blurry for any real comments. Godhead
It's perfectly legal to ally in seraphin. You could use their rules for them and they are pretty fun IMO. Plus hit and run is pretty nice. Hrothgar Beastslayer
i love the models, and personnely i would just use the skyclaw rules, jumping over terrain representing valkries more ethereal nature as passing through materials maybe? MaveriK
http://www.angelfire.com/nc3//blackgold/valkyries.jpg Aha I feel yah, hardly anyone comments on my work ;) either my stuff isn't worth commenting on or I should just not post my work. I even considered just not logging on anymore. I can't really get any feedback or suggestions on my stuff which sucks, criticism is always needed to better one's work. Its a reason why I've been hesitant at times to do so LOL well Wolf Brother, great job on your Valkyrie! its almost a homage to Doctor Thunder's Black Widows. Keep up the good work! Rocknar
I like the Torso, arms and head the Skirt... not so much; lest not for all of a squad. It makes me wish there where sister of battles plastics for slender power armored boots. I would take a Dark Eldar Wych legs and add green stuff to it for a boot and armor plates to get that Feminine figure on a marine. How many comments do you really need? ;) LOL, THANK YOU! but it's not about a pad in the back, that's not what I'm asking for, it's more feedback and critisim than anything is what I was/am aiming at.
