daemon prince question

since a daemon prince is a monstorous creature can he shoot 2 weapons in the shooting phase?

i guess you would need to take mark of tzentch

if you took mark of tzentch and master of sourcoury could you shoot 3 weapons in the shooting phase?

Provided he has taken Master of Sorcery then as long as both powers count as shooting attacks he can use them, against the same target.

To clarify, the Mark of Tzeentch does not factor in here because it is different from C:CSM.

Why can't you shoot three, when it says you may shoot one more than normal? Daemonic Gaze, Breath of Chaos, and Bolt of Tzeentch, for instance.

I don't have my C:Daemons handy but the BBB states that:

Instead of firing a single weapon, monstrous creatures can fire two of their weapons once per Shooting phase.

in C:CD mark of tzeench has no effect on how many weapons he can fire.

So as an MC, gets to fire two weapons. Done. With Master of Sorcery(as per pg. 74 C:CD), you would indeed be able to shoot 3.

Aye, in the Chaos Marine book you can use two psychic abilities per turn, but you can only use one "shooting" psychic ability (unless you're a Daemon Prince) if you have the Mark of Tzeentch. If you ARE a Daemon Prince, you can use two shooting abilities.
