Tournament with Army composition points

Almost all of the tournaments around my area include points for army compositon, which is basically a points system that allows your opponent to say how chessey he thinks your list is and gives you minimal points if he loses and max if he wipes you out by turn 3.

Now that Space Wolves can have up to 4 HQ choices in a force, what would you suggest to be a balanced compostion using the force organisation chart?

E.g. In a tournament setting to have at most x2 HQ, minimum of 2-3 Elites, with 3-4 Troops, and a couple of FA or HS depending on the theme of the list.

The recent Tournament I went to they had a Comp system in place. While I can't tell you exactly what their basis was for giving points, I can tell you I scored a 13 out of a possible 20, which was considered a pretty decent score.

I took 1 HQ choice, had 3 Troops, 3 Elites, 3 Fast attack and 1 Heavy slot filled in the army. You can see my entire list in the Army Lists forum.

That may help a little, though truthfully, Comp. can vary widely from Tournament to Tournament, and is really becoming a thing of the past.

Bloody Kiwi's.

Maximum two HQ's, avoid characters, RP with JofWW will give you a comp hit, just because some players are rats. Take at least two Rhinos with max troops and two MM's for some AT and instant kills.

Have a look at the list that did not win the masters last year (but won all the battles (maxed the points)) to see what works).
