The gold was pretty simple to do: 1) black primer 2) paint the whole area in shining gold 3) wash with devlan mud 4) repaint in shining gold 5) shade with brown ink (vallejo ink) 6) 1st highlight with 50-50 shining gold mithril silver 7) final edge highlight with pure mithril On Horus; you might want to consider making his legs a little longer. He looks like a normal marine compared with the Emperor and Girly-Primarch 2. Horus is the tallest one. The bases and leg positioning may have been confusing.
