A new old guy

Morning all, I am dutch, and I play Warhammer...

I have been playing on and off since 1995 when I was introduced to the game at Fort Knox, KY. Since then I've played, WHFB, WH40K, Epic, BFG, WM, and that latest boardgame...whatever it was called. However, I've had Space Marines since the late 1980s when I got a set of Marines and Rhinos...wonder what part of the back yard of my parent's home they are buried in now?

I have played, as I have said, for a good long while- but I don't consider myself to be a serious gamer until resently. I am now starting to take a more serious look at the game and modeling and have stared to convert a few of my troops with more than superglue and spare parts.

This really has happened because the the Horus books and Dan Abnett.

Anyway, happy to be here and I hope to put up a few pics of my truely huge armies. I have a habit of building to what I think looks cool, like ten squads of ten Marines, rather than a playable army list. I have only played in two tournements, in Kansas City back in 1999, playing a Chaos Marines army, and one in Killeen, TX playing a WH Empire army. I lost horridly in both, but had a great time.

Now, let me wander around for a few weeks and suck in all that is B&C.
