for a little bit back in time i started a space wolf army so i bought a assualt on black reach :huh: (my brother play with orks) so i converted the space marines to space wolves and when I converted the termanitors i gived one of them a hammer (I bouht a unit with space wolf pack before so i get some bitz and one more unit) I cuted of the hand who was there before and glue it on, on a power fist later its was time for the hammer i cuted of the hammer from the hand who hold it earilier and glue it on again later i cuted of hs helm (the whole head <_< ) and taked a head from the pack (I dont care so really much what head it was only take some its look good with scary hairstyles too) later i set some greenstuff and make a little thing under it and put it on and taa-daaa a space wolf terminator with hammer and shield

"A while back, I decided to start a Space Wolf army. Since my brother plays Orks, I decided to start with the Assault on Black Reach boxed set, along with a box of Space Wolf Grey Hunters for extra bitz and an additional unit.

 

I converted the AoBR Marines to Space Wolves by adding bitz from the Grey Hunters set. For the AoBR Terminators, I decided to give one of them a Thunder Hammer. Here's how I did that.

 

I cut the hand off the Thunder Hammer from the Grey Hunters box, and then cut the Storm Bolter off of the Terminator arm. I glued the Hammer to the Storm Bolter arm, and a shield to the Power Fist of the Terminator. I also removed the Terminator's helmet and replaced it with one from the Grey Hunters box. I wasn't really concerned about the head, I just wanted it to look good and have a scary hairstyle. Finally, I used some greenstuff to clean up my conversion. Taa-daaa! A Space Wolf Terminator with Thunder Hammer and Storm Shield."

 

Also, adding pictures to each step lets us know what you did, and makes it MUCH easier for others to do the same thing.
