Hfran Morkai
A pack of Wolf Guard is 3-10 models strong, as in the unit entry. Pg 86. Though as few or as many of them can be split off to packs they are allowed to lead. For example if I want Wolf Guard I must take three, so I do, however I only have two packs I want to give leaders to, leaving me with a single WG by himself, though that's silly because he'll be a kill point all by himself, though it's possible. Night Runner
You must take at least 3, if and only if, you want to take a pack of Wolf Guard. If you don't want any WG in your army you don't have to take any, but if you do, then the minimum sized unit you have to take is 3 models. To be thorough, it is on pg 86 in the elite section under the Wolf Guard entry under Composition.
