sniperous Posted March 31, 2010 Share Posted March 31, 2010 Hi All, This is going to be my first time i've ever painted up Warhammer 40k models, so please C&C but do so kindly :confused: That being said i'm hope to improve my skills and technic's as time goes on. My first Few pics i have to show for today is some "test" tactical marines i got from the £5 boxset and i found a spare model unused in a box of things a friend gave to me ( i think its a captain/commander?). I have given the test marines i white basecoat while the other one i did a black basecoat, then i applied both with a thin coat of mechrite foundation paint. sniperous Posted April 5, 2010 Author Share Posted April 5, 2010 i got some more pictures to put up, just got to get some batterys for the digtal camera, (they burn out so quickly), i've also started work on the land raider reedeemer just used the gw spray gun for the first time and sprayed it mech red then i drybrush some blood red onto it later once is was dry. sniperous Posted April 8, 2010 Author Share Posted April 8, 2010 Thank's dunc, its a slow progess because of the holidays, the kids are off school and im still decorating the house so im kinda sharing the front room till i have my own "workshop" in the cellar <_< i'm tempted to spray up and start doing the DC guys cos the paint scheme for them is someone simple, my vow was to have 10 tactical guy's done but i'm buying more models in for my army, pretty much soon i will have my troops and hq's built up leaving me with just the vehicles to do.
