Its a nice image and looks to be promising for a piece you could flesh out with more detail. - Not that it is necessary though. - It works fine the way it is.

Composition-wise I think I would have put the right wing of the hawk a bit more into free air rather than fully in front of the mountain.

This would ensure that the wing and mountainside don't tangent and thus "grow" into each other. Also, the wing´s shape would be easier to discern as the contrast between the wing and sky would give it a more distinct profile.

All in all it's very nice.
