New Ragnar model would be cool... Id love to see a plastic Wolf/Rune priest kit..... for us guys who arnt great at modelling...

nice rune and wolf priests can be kit bashed from both the normal and TDA wolf kits

ive seen some nice ragnar models done the same though

I remember reading somewhere about gw's plan to make a new ragnar model, is this still the case, was I mistaken, or mis-remembering?

ive never heard of this specifically

however GW did originally say just before 5th edition that they would make a model for every model in the codex

so although there is already a model this may mean that they bring one around for the second wave (if they do one) they have yet to make a bjorn model after they put theirs out of production <_<

then there are wolf scouts, rune priest, wolf lord (not really needed in model form tbh plenty to convert from), arjac, is the iron priest OOP now?, fenrisian wolves (in theory) thunderwolves

hoow ever from that list the only things i can see GW going for is the thunderwolves and bjorn those are the definate cash cows from that list

so fingers crossed GW will bless us with a second wave

however with dark eldar, grey knights, eldar, necrons, daemon hunters/witchhunters, tyranid models etc i cant see it coming soon

i have heard from several sources that GW plans on doing sculpts for every single special character, however when they are released is another story. I have heard rumors that there is a sculpt for ragnar, but its coming second or third wave. which is quite a long time from now, seeing that the next release is dark eldar, then demon hunters, then maybe tau or necrons.
Considering there is absolutely nothing wrong with the current Ragnar (IMO) I hope never

You're certainly entitled to your opinion, brother, but to a great many of the rest of us, the model desperately needs to be updated. Compared to current-generation marine models, it looks way too chunky and static.
