Silverwolf
If you take Logan Grimnar you could take 60+ Wolf Guard in TDA, assuming you have the points for it ;). stinkenheim
p 86 of the codex says 'Any wolf Guard may replace bolt pistol and/or close combat weapon with XXXX', it also says 'Any Wolf Guard may replace power armour, close combat weapon, bolt pistol, frag and krak grenades with terminator armour, storm bolter and power weapon...' and lastly 'Replace Terminator armours storm bolter/power weapon with XXXX'. this means that if you have a wolf guard unit ay member of it may take termiantor armour. any memebr of the squad may also take any two weapon choices, regardless of what weapons they are. the only limitation is that you need 5 models to take one heavy weapon, or ten models to take two heavy weapons, only models in terminator armour are capable of taking the heavy weapons but you don't need five terminators to access them. Grey Mage
When the codex says that "any" of them can do something... they mean it. Notice the difference between those entries and Mark of the Wulfen where it says "one"? Brother Tholath
I think I might not be explaining myself, I know what you have said is correct, but the Wolf Guard don't have to follow the rule of no 2 models using the same wargear, a fre people I've asked said they they follow the same rule that all the HQs do but I was thinking that is kinda silly. stinkenheim
p 81 of the codex. The Leaders of the Pack. ...However, packs of space wolves work best when led by a single dominant personality, ech hero respected for his own abilities. To represent this, no two character may bear the same saga, nor may the bear the same psychic powers or wargear combination... this rule as it states only applies to chracters, wolf guard are units not characters and so do not suffer from te restrictions imposed other wise you would not be able to field more than one grey hunter as they all have the same wargear. the rule applies to HQ choices alone Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/197921-wolf-guard-wargear/#findComment-2358531 Share on other sites
