Doomaflatchi
A quick question for you guys - does anyone know how many pieces make up Inquisitor Lord Coteaz? I'm planning on picking one up soon and doing some conversions on it, so a list of what body parts make up what pieces and fit where would be very helpful. Thanks! Inquisitor Fox
I know the thunderhammer and right hand is the same piece.. I used the bit for a conversion on my GK BC/GM from the Stern figure. Beyond that, I'm not sure unfortunately.. I ordered that bit before the bits order process changed. Doomaflatchi
Thanks a lot for the help, guys! As far as I can remember he comes in two parts. the main bod which includes the eagle on his arm and the seperate right hand holding the hammer Well, darn it... it's actually his left arm that I wanted to remove. Realistically, how hard would it be to slice it off and convert something else on? Possibly like the one this guy has, or one with a gun and a good pose? Uncle Mel
Quite easy actually, just saw right behind the elbow and add arm of choice. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/198132-inquisitor-lord-coteaz/#findComment-2360612 Share on other sites
Doomaflatchi
Thanks! That looks like it won't be too hard at all. I'm planning on GS-ing him a hood, keeping the Thunderhammer, and trying to find a good plasma pistol arm (or some other neat looking gun). Anyone know of any good power-armored gun arms? EDIT: I'm thinking maybe this guy's left arm. Does anyone know of anything that I'm missing that would make that not work? Uncle Mel
EDIT: I'm thinking maybe this guy's left arm. Does anyone know of anything that I'm missing that would make that not work? You can't really saw it off behind the elbow, you could just use his pistol and use aregular marine arm. I'ld ask around with marine or IG in your neighbourhood though they probably drown in plasma pistols so someone might give one for free. Octavulg
My Coteaz came in three pieces. His Thunder Hammer (with hand) And his left arm, with the bird on it. You wouldn't need to saw anything. ntgcleaner
Where and when did you get your Coteaz? Mine is only his thunder hammer and his body with the eagle on it. absolutely positive of that. Tom James
Where and when did you get your Coteaz? Mine is only his thunder hammer and his body with the eagle on it. absolutely positive of that. I got my Coteaz in December, and he's in three pieces. Bird, hammer, dude. Octavulg
Got mine a few years ago, off eBay, but in the shrink wrap. That would have been...2005? 2004? Uncle Mel
WOW! revelations over here! the coteaz model updated and nobody noticed? I distinctly remember mine as two parts as well. Bought the model quite soon after release. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/198132-inquisitor-lord-coteaz/#findComment-2362361 Share on other sites

Piousservant
He was in three peices when I bought him. But that was back when the model was originally released. Doomaflatchi
Thanks for the pictures, Mel - that's a great help. Given that, can anyone recommend any good power-armored gun-holding arms for this conversion? I'm looking for an at-ready pose, probably with the gun pointed vertically, like this Chaplain has. I'd really prefer a plasma pistol, but I'm open to any gun that I can make work. Suggestions? Uncle Mel
Click this link, it shows all plasma weapons and their respective hands. Good luck shouldn't cost more than 20 pence ex. shipping.
