Pleasuredome Posted April 20, 2010 Author Share Posted April 20, 2010 I used "humbrol" Gold Nr 61 . This is the non water soluble color the military model painters use. It makes a fully covering gold coverage in two layers (looks like real Gold). Make sure it dries some hours befor you apply the wash. Afterwards I washed the models with GW Devlan Mud wash.
