Tristan Hoag Posted April 14, 2010 Share Posted April 14, 2010 Last Sunday, during a break between games, I was approached by JamesI regarding conversion work on a Dreadnought Librarian for his Blood Angels army. Who could resist an opportunity like that? As much as possible I want to keep the construction limited to pieces from the Venerable Dreadnought kit. (So far we have used a head from one of the Blood Angels kits...) Can I ask, how will you do the weapons, are you going to go for some sort of MAHOOSIVE FORCE SWORD OF DEATH, something more akin to the forge world Grey Knight DCCW or just a power fist? According to James, there is a Dreadnought CCW on one hand, and a Force Weapon in the other. I will use the standard Left arm with one of the hands (I prefer the standard Dread CCW to the Powerfist, but it is his model, so I will use whichever he chooses!) The Right arm I will have to construct, and I intend to give him some sort of large poleaxe... Not exactly sure how I will go about it yet, though...
