Dreadnought Weaponry

I'm planning on starting a space wolf army soon (I have most of the models but am waiting till after my exams, end of may-ish). One of the models in said army is a dreadnought with DCCW and assault cannon but i've hit a snag: I bought the ironclad as it has the coolest DCCW but it has no assault cannon and so I have thought up several ideas for converting one. Now the space wolves, being nutters and all, don't strike me as being the type to give up a big smashy arm for a big noisy gun, they would compromise. So here are my ideas:

1-mount two small assault cannons (land speeder ones, from raven wing, I'm no heretic though) underneath the body of the dread, so that he can have two choppy arms.

2-use the seismic hammer mounting to house to small assault cannons, its still a smashy arm of sorts.

3-I've seen someone do this before but cant remember their name or the thread. Mount the assault cannons on the combat arm not using the DCCW, so its almost like a pistol of sorts.

C&C welcome as are any suggestions as to other mountings. I think my fave has to be 3 at the moment.
