Sanctuary Question

Okay if I load an Inquisitor with the Sanctuary power into a land raider and have him use his power it is my understanding that the 3 inches are drawn from the edges of the landraider, my question is if the land raider moves does the inquisitor count as moving for the purpose of the psychic power ending, and if it does not what happens if the land raider comes within 3 inches of a daemon in the movement phase do they get pushed out of the way?

BRB P66: "Models firing from a vehicle count as moving if the vehicle moves ..."

I think most people extrapolate this to mean that if the vehicle moves, then the passengers are considered moving for all purposes, not just firing.

a. Yes you count it from the edges of the raider

b. yes the power ends when the raider moves since the =][= inside moves with it

c. since the power ends a soon as the raider moves this doesn't happen

 

note, the raider can shoot.
