LifeAfterDeath Posted April 20, 2010 Share Posted April 20, 2010 Okay the new Blood Angels Codex is arrived... and which make me start playing this Chapter again... but personally I don't like BA color (well I like Red but just not BA one) and the new Iron Man 2 movie come out at May 7(most of the world), so that I decided to go for the Iron Man Color Scheme. Here are some of the thoughts so far... I can't imagine the pain of redoing terminators as Mk1 Iron Man suits. Given the incredibly intensive conversions you're putting on each model, you might want to go with a Dante / Sanguinary Guard list, just to reduce your model count down to something manageable. Or maybe you work way faster than I do. I started an Iron Man army quite a while back, then got side tracked by my Eldar, Death Guard, and Vanilla Marines. With the new codex, I've started back in on them. Here's my old thread from the wayback machine. Just my two cents, but I would recommend leaving the shoulder pauldrons on the models. I tried without, cut-down, and re-sculpted myself. They just didn't look very much like marines anymore. If you're interested, I'll put up what Ive gotten finished. Sadly, it ain't much.
