do the nemesis force weapons bump grey knights up to strength 6 ????

EDIT (yes caps i really wanna know the answer ):

on page 38 and 39 of the codex there is pics of 2 armies yeh , and within the inquisitors retinue on both armies there are mages mystics acolytes and whatnot that i cannot find the models for , ( the one with the fat face , the crazy lookin acolyte with a beard on page 39 ) where do i get these from ?? are they just not sold anymore ??????

Yes. For PAGK's they are S6 CC weapons.

For Justicars and Termies they are S6 Power Weapons

For GK Grand Masters and BC Stern they are S6 Force Weapons that ignore the Eternal Warrior Special Rule.

In other words, they're pretty freaking awesome.

GK's are DANGEROUS in CC, assuming we have the initiative. Also, "Hey, look at that rhino that's only less than 12 inches away... I only have to roll to hit (maybe) and only need to roll 4's to glance." That's an amazing feeling... assaulting any tank besides a LR and being able to penetrate it with our regular troops.
The retinue models shown you're asking about are sadly, out of print. I've managed to get the sage, mystic and hierophant (who I actually use as a priest with eviscerator and I use a couple necromunda models as hierophants as they're armed appropriately) off of ebay, but I haven't seen them turn up in a good long while.

It is a bit of a shame. However, a lack of 'official' models means that there is ample opportunity to improvise. I use Dark Eldar slaves as mystics for my Inquisitor - interesting model choices, a bit of wire and some creativity with green stuff can make for a really unique retinue.
