Space Hulk Terminators

I recently painted up a third set of Space Hulk miniatures. I've now painted three sets of Terminators, and Two full sets of Genestealers (and I still haven't done my own).

 

I've been playing Space Hulk quite a bit too, and I'm really excited to try out some of the older 1st edition supplements (Deathwing had rules for a Terminator Captain, and there are rules that I've found for playing groups of Power Armored marines and even Imperial Guard).

They are nice. 2 Things though: Drill the weapon barrels and maybe tone up the higlights a bit? Other than that they are good!

Looking good mate. A sligthly darker version than you usually see the red in, looks nice :)

The lenses came out excellent I must say!

 

Interesting that you painted the librerian white, was that your own idea or a request from the customer??

 

Hoping to get my hands on these termies in about a month ( a friend that plays nidz and used the stealers, and wants to see the termies end up in a loving home :) )

A little of both. The only mini that I've painted from my own Space Hulk set is the Librarian. I had already painted up two sets of Space Hulk stuff, so my own set is going to look very different. I chose white for the librarian because it matches much older fluff (Librarians didn't used to wear blue).

 

My client saw that and told me that he wanted his librarian painted white also. So that's how it happened. It was a request, but originally it was my idea.
