noodlenerd
Beautiful blight drones. both modelling and painting is spot on. As for Typhus, isn't he a bit... big? or is this truescale? He just seemed to really, really tower over the other marines. Natanael
I love your Typhus. The model really got that superhuman feel to it. Also love the Guardsmen being killed (both Typhus and the blight drone). That gives a lot of life to the models themselves. - Natanael Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/199374-distudios-death-guard-army/page/2/#findComment-2406172 Share on other sites
Forgeman
I did use Tamiya previously on exactly the same basis of not having to use sealer but I find the effect left was a little thin compared to the MIG stuff. Thanks for that, I think I might have to get some powders in as the realistic effects really do appeal to me. Sersi
Mmmmm....Death Guard. Yet another army I want to model some day. Wow, these are great. You Typhus is amasing, He just looks so powerful and imposing. Love the dying guards man by the way. He adds so much need dynamism to the model, and keeps it from looking to static. Again, great stuff. Keep it up! Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/199374-distudios-death-guard-army/page/2/#findComment-2427698 Share on other sites
cunvikted
I would like to congratulate you on making my stock typhus seem inferior and tame... in all seriousness, your army looks amazing, keep up the great work! Lexington
There's so many things I love about this army. The part that really stands out, though? The old-core boltguns. Nice attention to details, man. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/199374-distudios-death-guard-army/page/2/#findComment-2428788 Share on other sites
