turelhim vampire Posted July 12, 2010 Share Posted July 12, 2010 JULY - UPDATE 11 Progress is steady on the Terminators and the Dreadnought - the Vanguard are coming along albeit much more slowly. On a positive note, I used all three units in a game of Apocalypse last week and they all did well, the Terminators even managed to destroy an Ork Stompa in combat! They will be getting a suitable kill marker on their armour just as soon as I figure out what to use to represent it. Pig Of Sparta Posted July 18, 2010 Share Posted July 18, 2010 :) July Update II ;) A bit of a change from my plan, but due to some unforseen circumstances, I've been unable to aquire the parts I need to complete my Sparta pattern Tornado. Not wanting to fail my Call vow I sent a PM to The Angelus Sanctus and asked if it would be ok to substitute some mini's in it's place. So since I still need to paint almost all of the infantry for my SW army I decided to paint my Wolf Guard in TDA who are split and act as pack leaders. My two year old daughter has just discovered the delights of watercolour paints and paper so this afternoon we sat and painted together for about an hour (sadly her work isn't supported by the forum) which gave me a head start for my painting session tonight. I've finished the 3 Wolf Guard to the same state as the Wolf Lord, all they need is company markings which will be added once I figure out what they will be ;).
