Still no camera, I'm probably going to have to buy a new one now since I've already unpacked everything and still couldn't find it; here's what I've got so far since my last update last week! Mephiston: DONE Terminators: DONE 10 Assault Marines: 5 DONE, 5 Base coated Landraider Redeemer: 50% finished, need to finish blood red layer on one side of the hull and detailing I really hope to get the full 10 man assault squad finished by Saturday at the latest, and the landraider hopefully sometime next week; I will certainly post pictures once I either a)find my tricky camera or b ) buy another one soon Cheers, Nick Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Progress on my Dark Angels has crawled to a halt, with bathroom repairs taking precedence. I am hoping to get back in the swing of things this weekend. With work wiping me out every night and soccer (football for my non-USA brethren) games/practices to take my kids to, I'm finding NO time to work on my vow to my satisfaction. So it is with a heavy heart full of shame that I leave my vow unfinished... This is for two reasons, the first is that he bears his allegiance to the Great Wolf on his shoulders for all to see. The second less fluffy reason is that I haven't decided on a wolf icon for my army yet, but as soon as I do he'll be getting the appropriate treatment. Down to just the unit I added when I finished the others, my Vindicator.So here are some images of the Vindicator with some progress from last time (though not a lot due to extreme busyness at work and my daughter's birthday).The stormbolter broke off, I need to fix that. As in my last post, I have a lot going on in my personal life, and at work... but I am still hanging in there by the skin of my teeth... not ready to submit to the ruiness powers. I managed to complete base coating my Company Master, and started to highlight him. I also got a chance to work on his base. The terminator squad stands at attention, untouched through June. I managed to break out the light rig for a bit during a very brief respite from the heat! (Yes, that is a cat hair laying across the top of the model. His legs, shinpads, and sarcophagus all have paint on them now, but I've left his arms for last, since I'm waiting on a bitz order for another set of underslung weapons. I needed a spare meltagun for the chainfist. I see no reason to ever use the heavy flamer bitz on an Ironclad. It's a vehicle smasher, not a horde killer. If the heavy flamer upgrades were FREE, maybe, but not when I have to pay to replace a meltagun with one! I tried to magnetize the underslung weapons, butit was just too damned fiddly for my tastes. Also, the seismic hammer does not have enough room to be magnetized properly. The mount for the underslung weapon is a little block, unlike the rest of the arms where it's placed right up against the arm. @Pig of Sparta: thanks for the compliments on my work!
