Any body get the Philipino etc... Thunderwolves in yet?

I ordered a set of wolves from a seller in the Philippines on April 6. I have not yet recieved them. I notice that his ebay feedbacks are dated from April 20 to April 29 and all of the sells were listed as April 1 or 5 so it looks like it takes almost a month for them to arrive.

 

After I wrote this I went home and they had arrived. It took almost a month for these items to arrive but they are great models. My son, who actually is the one who is building space wolves, was delighted. :D Being resin, they are brittle and a foot was broken off but is easily glued back on. We are going to have great fun building and painting our Thunderwolf cavalry.

a few people there have gotten them and i think they did say it took like 3 weeks

I emailed the guy and its takes upto a month to get them as he uses the cheapest option to post them, If people want them quicker he does different postal methods so you could get in in 5 days but the cost of postage is more than the wolves themselves.

this is a possible model for a mark of the wulfen model, maybe even a thunderwolf cavalry. May need a bit of converson/green stuff though... Any feedback... Lupine Slayer... Couple Buy It Now on Ebay... If you wanted you could even mount a man on top... LOL!!!!!! :-D

Would make a terrible Space Wolves or cavalry model and just really wouldn't fit.

 

I don't understand how blatantly werewolf you guys like to get sometimes - these hulking monsters bulging with lupine heads. I don't get it - it's so blatantly out of place/.

Dont see how a lot of fluff does suggest a full werewolf change

Even the wulfen models don't go to that degree - no big giant wolf heads with snouts to see there.

 

And the codex is subtle about the change, and what the Mark entails.

 

You guys know what I'm talking about.

With a Space Wolf army in the wings for my second army, I ordered these wolves, too. They just look so much better than anything else people are using.

 

While I wait, I'll try and pick up a Battleforce box so I can at least start toying with the bitz.

 

Looking forward to getting these wolves, though.

Just ordered these guys today. I hope it doesn't take a month for them to get here.

 

They look pretty sweet though. I'm thinking properly painted, with some good detailing on the bases and added extra SW bits here and there and no one will complain/kick 'em out of a tournament.
