Jarl Bloodwolf
Now i'm not a huge fan of the Blood Ravens (the chaplain from the 1st book and the librarian from the 3rd book are pretty cool though) but i do know that their chapter master is also the head librarian of the chapter. So what im wondering is would it be viable fluff wise to use a GK Grand Master to represent the BR Chapter Master? I mean the GKGM is an awesome warrior psyker Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/200220-grand-master-as-blood-ravens-chapter-master/ Share on other sites
Chengar Qordath
A GKGM would certainly fit the role of psychic warrior pretty well. It's allowable rules-wise (at least until the new DH codex comes out) and fits the overall fluff concept of psychic warrior, so I would say it works. Of course, given what was revealed about the current Blood Ravens chapter master in the latest Dawn of War game, representing him with a GKGM is more than a little ironic. templargdt
I've done this before, I think it works very well. Now if we just had better psychic powers as Grey Knights... Jarl Bloodwolf
He is a follower of Chaos. Ah no suprise there. Well maybe we'll represent his succesor then as i take it the chapter inacts a purge upon itself? Grand Master Caloth
Yea, they're in the process of it... Oh the joys of Chapter Politics.... The Honor Guard CPT you meet in a BEAST tho. Play the game, my friend. (My only issue with it was that it was SHORT!) As to the point of this thread... Could be pretty wicked to see. Are you painting him as a Grey Knight, or giving him Blood Raven's Colours? Jarl Bloodwolf
Im not acually doing this as i dont play Blood Ravens. But if i did i would paint him in Blood Ravens colors becauae he is representing the BR chapter master it would make sense that he would be painted with the BR colors Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/200220-grand-master-as-blood-ravens-chapter-master/#findComment-2387063 Share on other sites
