I think, personally, that there is no way that would look like "cavalry". Not in any way shape or form.

 

With a bit of green stuff and an awesome paintjob they would look like giant wulfen... but Im not really a fan of giant wulfen. I dont think it fits with our background at all.

 

Still, there have been some cool looking conversions.

no i think it would be hard to make them into cavalry but i was thinking that they'd be cheaper than buying 5 canis and i think it would look better than putting space wolves on horse back, lion back or on a demon

 

do you have any pics of the conversions??

that second was perfect, im definitely going for it ordered my ogres yesterday and found some heads on ebay

 

had a go at pricing (points wise) a list for TWC and they came out pretty expensive what are peoples optimal list for them?

If you are worried about the price of canis check out Mr. Dandy's thunder wolves at wargamma.com. You can get 5 for a little more then the price of 2 Canis ($20 each & 5 for $90).

How big are the Mr. Dandy wolves in comparison to say...a Rhino.
