Dr Duck
I've been working on my loyalist chapter idea for a while: A heavily medieval themed marine chapter. I've got to a point where theres a colour scheme and name now in mind: Name: Errants of the Sword Colours: http://digital-carbon.net/files/40K/knightcol.jpg However, something popped into my head this morning which i just had to try out. Given that my primary army is Nurgle marines, I plan to do two 'revived' units of troops to play as plauge marines (but still painted inthe Errants colours). The Zombie and Skeleton troops represent Errants that have fallen foul of the Zombie Plauge thats prooving such a handy little plot device for an old WFB undead player like myself :) Anyway... less chat, more pics. 3 test troops: 1 skeletal Errant, 1 zombie Errant and a still living Errant Marine from the loaylist army. http://digital-carbon.net/files/40K/knights01.jpg Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/200333-errants-of-the-sword-chapter/ Share on other sites
Tutteman
Liking the work on the "dead" marines  Be good to see them painted. (hint ;) ) One good thing about the head for the live un. Makes him seem bigger. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/200333-errants-of-the-sword-chapter/#findComment-2386276 Share on other sites
Dr Duck
I noticed that, due to the smaller rounded part under the head part it sits fractionally lower, certainly does beef them up. The 3 test pieces are currently being painted, but they are being held up by my skills at the moment (i'm ok with metals but struggling with coloured armour).
