Special/heavy weapon poses...

Anyone mind sharing their special weapon poses beyond just the standard port arms carry (two handed)?

I would like to see any of the following:

True grit one handed styles for plasma/melta guns.

Gets hot poses for plasma.

Interesting flamer poses.

Any conversions for heavy weapon poses.

I don't have any Long Fangs, but if I did, I'd definitely have one blowing the gunsmoke from the barrel of his ridiculously oversized heavy weapon, cowboy style. I do have a Sniper Scout in my DIY army who is holding his his sniper rifle by the barrel, using it as a cudgel (no pics, sadly).

Putting a bayonet on a Lascannon could also be good times. I feel like the Space Wolves would do it.

I have put an Empire Flagellants's flaming torch flame on the end of a flamer.

I have used Assault and Berzerker running legs for heavy weapons dudes.

Our internet plan is fairly strict so I wont be posting pictures, but we are moving in 5 weeks so maybe we'll get a bigger plan then ^_^

earlier this week I molded a Chainsword blade to the bottom of my wolf priest's stormbolter. I also used the wolf head from a thunder hammer to be the barrel of a combi-melta. Though Now I have to make chainsword bayonet for at least one of my lascannons, just the thought of that has me giggling.

Well, try using non devastator parts. I myself have essentially copied the second picture. This stuff isnt mine.

In one of my LongFang squads one of the guys with a heavy bolter has the crouching legs from the command squad box and one of the guys is holding a missile launcher one handed and pointing with the other (also from the command squad box) looks cool.

Also theres a really cool picture on my facebook TT group of a marine holding a plasma gun one handed and turning his head away and shielding it with his other hand, its a joke about the 'gets hot' rule but looks really cool.

I cant upload images from my work computer but when i get home i shall put some pics up.

I have a blood claw armed with a flamer that - on the model - actually has two hand flamers instead of one standard flamer. Mostly due to not being able to find any flamer pieces but quite a few hand flamers laying around from a friends old Blood Angel army...

Consider this stolen.. :)

Could do the side ways hold on both hand flamers out stretched like he's panning around with both arms. I need to go watch Desperado now...

I am not a fan of the 'sniper' hold on the las cannon, always thought under-slung would look cool. You could also use the kneeling legs for most of them, although works best for the MLs.

Agreed, might not be true to WYSIWYG but there is definitely a flamey element and we don't get Hand Flamers as it is, consider it burning two different compounds which burn with a synergy, making them as strong as a single flamer.

Craziness abounds...and I do love the "not the face!" pose, must do one myself.

Well...I did it. My Lascannon Long fang now has a Chainsword bayonet, with the two wolf tail side by side bit glued right behind it. the appearance it has when your looking down the barrel is in my opinion completely appropriate.

*snickers* not only was it a phallic representation in the first place, now it looks anatomically correct
