Do Marines Fall Back After Losing a Sweeping Advance Test?

I have read through both the Rules book and Marine Codex and finally believe I understand the ATSKNF rule. The question I have is if the Marines lose CC, lose the morale check, lose the sweeping advance Int test and take No Retreat! wounds, are they still locked in close combat or can they fall back? Thanks for the help!

Rulebook page 40, if the losing unit rolls higher on the Initiative roll it will fall back. If the pursuing unit rolls equal or higher then they catch the losing unit before it can get away. Usually that means the losing unit is destroyed in a sweeping advance, but a "fearless" unit will suffer additional wounds instead (see Rulebook, page 44). If Space Marines are caught in a sweeping advance, they too are not killed and instead suffer the additional wounds.
