SCC
Bannus' Sallies recipe is one of the darker ones out there, I think it looks pretty spiffy myself  If it doesn't float your boat though you can always design the Sallie you'd like to paint in the SM Painter: And use the 'Which Paints Do I Need?' button to learn exactly what paints you'll need. As an example for the guy above the colour matcher says Foundry's Phlegm Green is the nearest match and it's almost spot on so that might be a colour to look into. If I were trying to get that crocodilian green in the illustrations at Lexicanium with just GW paints I'd try something like this: Undercoat: Black undercoat Basecoat: Orkhide Green Highlight 1: OG/Knarloc Green: 75/25 Highlight 2: OG/KG/: 50/50 Highlight 3: KG Badab Black wash Thraka Green Wash Re-touch final highlights if necessary I'd also experiment with colours like Catachan and Gretchin Green in the highlights to see how they work. If you want that mottled effect you'd probably look to stipple one or two of the highlight layers. I'd use a broad but short brush with nice stiff bristles and I'd load it with about the same amount of paint I'd use for drybrushing, maybe a touch more and stab at the model until I'd got that mottled effect. As for being in AU and getting Vallejo, it's more than possible I assure you, the dozens of VGC and VMC bottles on my desk right now attest to that. Whilst only a few stores stock them on the shelf lots will order them in for you and it's easy enough to mail order them, especially with the $AU as strong as it is right now. The same applies to Foundry, Privateer, Reaper and any other brand you care to mention.
