Prot
It's a vicious circle. I can't complete anything nowadays. I am experimenting with a true 'table top' quality Space Wolves army. My first tests have gone by the wayside. Now I am trying a one shade base of PURE Space Wolves grey. No mixing. I'm going for that... frosty look. This is meant to be basic, or else I'll never finish my 53 model count army. Those pictures are just a very slight touch brighter than real life due to the lighting I tried to get as good a pic as I could.... When these guys are bored, they join Huron.... And these guys didn't really turn out because of the flash on the camera (I was experimenting): The Wolves in turn hunt these guys down. :P Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/201132-huron-red-corsairs-and-space-wolves/ Share on other sites
Stu Phoenix
For a very small amount of colours they look great, your attention to details such as the eyes is excellent, I only wish I could be so neat. :P Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/201132-huron-red-corsairs-and-space-wolves/#findComment-2396136 Share on other sites
Prot
Thanks for the kind words. I am still up and down about the space wolves blue. I swear some days I think it's fantastic, and others I consider mixing it with a Shadow Grey.... but today... I seem to like it. lol Thanks for note on the details. I figure even if I'm going to table top standard, the little things can help an army stand out. ^_^ Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/201132-huron-red-corsairs-and-space-wolves/#findComment-2398801 Share on other sites
