Wolf Lord Mjolnir
Well I am still alive and have managed to cobble together a very work in progress version of Arjac Rockfist, what do you think? This is probably more a proof of concept model at this stage. The sword will become a hammer once I find the right one - currently in eBay bid for Warrior priest with Great hammer. Sorry for the quality of pics but I need sleep. http://i255.photobucket.com/albums/hh132/Mjolnir81/DSCN0073.jpg# http://i255.photobucket.com/albums/hh132/Mjolnir81/DSCN0072.jpg http://i255.photobucket.com/albums/hh132/Mjolnir81/DSCN0071.jpg I want to: Add a belt Add the hammer Customise the shield Make the wolf pelt bigger Generally tidy him up Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/201316-enter-arjac/ Share on other sites
cathar the great
Very nice. I like the leg plates. Did you have to file the legs down a bit for them to fit or did you just glue the plates on them? Wolf Lord Mjolnir
I stretched the leg plates a little and removed the protruding edges of the models leg armour. Then I simply glued them over the legs. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/201316-enter-arjac/#findComment-2398482 Share on other sites

Nice. I have some spare shoulder pads like that lying around so I might try this myself. I'm not going to ask for your permission to copy the idea because I'm guessing you were also inspired by th Marines like that done by Scibor :D Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/201316-enter-arjac/#findComment-2398489 Share on other sites
Durfast Spiritwolf
Just because you now have a cutie to distract you doesn't mean you get away with it that easy - get some paint on it! Yogi
really great. The pose is epic and the leg plates pretty clever. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/201316-enter-arjac/#findComment-2434133 Share on other sites
Skirax
Please can we have tutorial on those legs? They are awesome! Very nice model, sort of posed like the Wolf Guard in the Background section. calgar101
Where did you get that anvil from? I was going to use a Thunder Hammer head for mine but didn't look right... Awesome model too! Lykos
What did you use to make the neck guard? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/201316-enter-arjac/#findComment-2435038 Share on other sites
Shadow Captain Corveus
I really like this conversion but contrary to others I really don't like the leg plates, they're way too big! I also don't like the neck guard , I think it's too big too, try making the radius of it a lot smaller and make it lower over his face. Other that that things I really like the pose, the flowing cape really gives the model a dynamic look. Well done ;) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/201316-enter-arjac/#findComment-2435492 Share on other sites
