This first one is a dread I painted early in my gaming career for DA but now has been re purposed into my army. This is a pin up of what the final model should look like....well it needs more bulk on the legs and arms but that should only take a few days and then i will get to painting! Hope you all enjoy! savis Posted May 14, 2010 Share Posted May 14, 2010 That's one unique looking dreadnought. I really like the concept with the large sword and the shooting ability through the shield. My only concern is that the shield itself looks very organic and tau/eldar in it's appearance. Personaly I would go for a more blocky imperial kind of shield but that's just me.
