WiP Rune Priest

Well in an effort to improve my hq options. i present my WiP

 

Rune Prist Ranulf Blackstorm.

I wanted a slightly more feral and archaic look to him. Hence the bag of runes in his right hand, the large skull on his chest and staff/runic weapon.Also went for the archaic skull cap as opposed to the standard psychic hood.

My gs-foo is weak, so any attempt at a majot rescult, or major work are out at this time.

 

Thoughts on the model welcome.

A pretty darn sweet conversion my friend :)

Personally I'd remove the wolf heads on the staff though, as it gets a little to bulky for my taste, but hey we all have different taste.

Looking forward to seeing some paint on him :lol:

yeah, way overdone staff. Makes the excellent model itself seem comical when you look at the staff. I'd tone down the staff... and you have a hit.

The wolf skull is too high. It blocks his view straight in front of him.
