Mr.Esty
http://i242.photobucket.com/albums/ff12/Skullcano/IMG_1871-1.jpg left arm is from the Bloodletters box legs are from the Possessed CSM box backpack is from the Berserkers box everything else is from the Chaos Space Marines box I modified the horn into an antler on the nurgle CSM head, this is something I'm doing across my whole army. Bull horns are too Khorne, multiple horns are Tzeentch, and those ribbed looking gazelle horns are Slaanesh; antlers are for Nurgle. This is the first icon bearer in my army, he'll be attached to my new Havoc squad. I've got a champion in a WIP biker squad with another icon, but I think I'll represent it differently for him (something with less drag). Plague Dave
Very nice conversion. He looks oddly relaxed, and stoic, but that works well for Nurgle. That Bloodletter arm really makes the piece. I will look forward to your other conversions, so please post away. Verbal Underbelly
This is a beautiful conversion - reminds me of Bruce Campbell for some reason. Antlers are a good choice. Rustic. Brother Nihm
Very cool pose and bit selection. Get rid of the Mould lines though! Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/201908-icon-of-nurgle/#findComment-2406040 Share on other sites
Mr.Esty
Thanks for the kind words, guys :D He rolls with my havocs, so I figured he'd mostly be hanging out at the back of the table; soooooo he didn't need a super dynamic running pose or anything. I've got to wait on a few more bits before I can do much else with my havocs; so for the next little while I'm going to be painting instead.
