These are the first I tried and have done heaps more since.

The termies are easy to convert, the Tac Marines are harder without investing alot of time.

But a bit of greenstuff and wolf bits here and there is just as good.

What did you use to get that Shield? I have been scanning bits sellers trying to find something decent to put in and failing miserably.

That bit was given to me, but I think it is from Chaos Marauders in WFB.

Would you do me the favor of asking whoever you got it from where he got it? I have been looking for decent round shields to mount on the Rhinos I have and eventually the Land Raider I will get,but so far haven't had any luck whatsoever =(.

I'm in the same situation as the OP, I'm considering getting the AoBR set to help start my SW army because of it's high points/money ratio. Since I'm thinking of pairing it up with a SW battle force, I know I can intersperse the AoBR bolter marines amongst my squads to not make one squad look all Codex-ish. However, I was wondering how hard it is to replace the arms on the terminators with all of the extra ones in the SW termi box. I don't have a problem with 4 helmeted termi's because I know that I can have 6 helmet-less ones when combined with the SW termi box. My main issue is gearing the termi's so they all don't have SB+PF.

Any help?

the termie arms are seprateand clip on to a peg but i suppose all you need to do is cut off the little pag

or make a hole in the inside bit of the shoulder (were the arm meets the body).

Thats all I can think of cause im doing the same with an assault cannon for my termies (as well as green stuff heir on the helmetless man).

i think its a god idea.

Jesus christ guys i didnt think this was done this often.

Love the black reach marines+termies and i like the dread (although its a bit too thousand sons for my taste but still great.)

I also did the same - wolfed-up the dreadnoiught and magnetised arms on AoBR termies. I also greenstuffed some hair and beard on the bare-headed terminator sergeant and gave him the heavy flamer from the WG box. I also traded some additional termies from the same set and there was gratis which came with the White Dwarf issue. Ended with 12+ WG :HQ:

I was going to do that, until I saw just how beautifully wolfy the Space Wolf terminator set is...So instead im giving the Termies to my wife for her Ravenguard army and saving up for the SW specific ones.

Okay the beloved Wolf Standard....

Is it the backpack banner in the kits or is it the one you must have the standard bearer for(the large one)?

It is up to you...in the description of the wolf standard it says it varies from bones and skulls tied together to large flowing ornate banners. Personally I use the Wolf claw looking thing from the boxes on the backs of two of my troopers to represent the standard.
