Ellbear
I'm just painting up a bunch of Tac marines and I'm trying find a simple way of getting some good looking green eyes. The best way i've come up with so far is to do them with bleached bone then a couple of washes of thrakka green. What do you guys think?(The pics are of my phone so aren't the best) http://i1006.photobucket.com/albums/af189/ellbear64/IMG_0288.jpg http://i1006.photobucket.com/albums/af189/ellbear64/IMG_0289.jpg Cheers Ellbear
Quantra
The eyes look good. The black lining around them helps make them stand out. If you want to take them up a notch then I suggest a thin line of the brightest green you can find along the bottom and a white dot in the top corner. Cheers gonna try that now, although I'm not sure i've got steady enough hands for it!! I wish GW would make super fine detail brush the normal one just seems far big.
