DA chapter upgrade contents?

I'm thinking of picking up the upgrade thing sold here because I thought I read that it contains two of everything shown, but I can't figure out where I saw this info and the GW site doesn't say that specifically so I want to make sure. Is it one or two of the things shown in the picture? Thanks in advance.

And remember, it does not come with bases and you can technically only construct 10 full bolter marines with what's in there. Yes, it comes with powerfists, power swords, etc. however, it does not come with any pistols to go with them. It also does not include any special or heavy weapons.

 

I believe this box shines most when used as a supplement to other boxes like the SM command, tactical or devastators. Of course if you have bases along with pistols and special weapons in your bits box, you are set. I actually just got the upgrade myself, raided my friend's bits, and am quite happy with what I now have the pieces to come up with.
