Yes chaplains allow re-roll, preferred enemy dose not

 

And wolf tooth neck lass only works off weapon skill.

 

Walkers and grenades are different until they are immobilized they need 6+ to hit.

Dreadnaughts have a weapon skill, WTN works just fine. Codex>BRB.
