Neonknight
Hi, I've painted it just to test new methods of painting yellow, which I saw in this forum. I think maybe he's a little bit too brown, and not so much yellow, but I like it. I really enjoyed it, and I thinking about to start a yellow space marine army. Maybe Lamenters. Comments and critics are welcomed. http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f48/Neonknight_81/Single%20Miniatures/P3310446.jpg http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f48/Neonknight_81/Single%20Miniatures/P3310445.jpg http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f48/Neonknight_81/Single%20Miniatures/P3310444.jpg http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f48/Neonknight_81/Single%20Miniatures/P3310443.jpg
Natanael
Looks great. How did you do him? I'm not good at spotting recepies, but maybe you drybrushed yellow and then washed a couple of yellow and browns on a white basecoat? :) - Natanael

The full recipe can be found in Davey80y's thread.
Dosjetka
Nice one for a first-timer :D The only down side is the golden eagle on his chest which I don't like and if you'r thinking of doing Imperial Fists, then it should normally be red. If ever you do think of joining the ranks of the proud Sons of Dorn, check this thread out, along with this: Imperial Fists: A Comprehensive History. dizzy-xc
His armor looks sun faded. I kinda like it.
Emperor's Scourge
I like it. The sword blade kind of detracts from the overall piece though. Looks a bit blotchy.

Before I painted it,I did some research on that eagle thing, and I can barely remember that I saw some pictures of Imperial Fists with golden eagles. Personally I think gold fits better to yellow as red does, but if I really should start a Imperial Fist force, I will do them red. Maybe I start my own Order. Similar to the Lamenters, because I like to field assault marines as standard troops. Thanks for the Links. I already have a Black Templar and Crimson Fist Force. ;-) So Imperial Fists would fit. Then I could start a real crusade. *g* Looks a bit blotchy. I can't see anything blotchy. :-) Could you precise that, please?
