First off a quick introduction to me. I started building a Blood Angels army about a month ago, I have collected and painted quite a bit so far and I have played 4 games so far with increasing size forces as my army expands. I currently have around 2,500 points of constructed and either primed/wip/completed models, and I would like to share what I have so far with you to hopefully gain some feedback and advice on ways to improve my painting skill, and hopefully give you guys some enjoyment from looking at all the pretty pictures I will be posting :-) .

To start things I will post a shot of all the models I have painted to at least 95% completion so far:

I am in no way a decent painter (I really, really suck :P), but I can offer one piece of advice. I'd suggest you try painting the silvery-metal parts by drybrushing boltgun metal on solid chaos black, as opposed to the flat silver colour I think you've used. It's real easy, just paint the metal parts fully in chaos black, then dip your brush in some boltgun metal. Then use a cloth or a piece of kitchen-paper-towel to wipe the brush mostly clean, and just gently brush over the black parts. A harder brush is best for this, and GW sell specific drybrushing brushes, although it can be done with a regular brush.

I'm sure others will be able to offer much better advice :P

I really like the effect you achieved on your scout's cloaks!
